Child-safety standards
Pigtail is for adults aged 18 and over. Child sexual abuse and exploitation, including child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking, and attempts to facilitate any of these, are prohibited.
Report a concern
Use Report on the relevant profile, or email [email protected]. This address is the child-safety contact for users and platform safety teams. Include the profile identifier or name and a description of the concern. Do not download, copy, attach, or redistribute suspected child sexual abuse material.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. You can use Block to stop further contact while a concern is reviewed.
How concerns are handled
Reports are reviewed by authorized operators. We restrict access to violating content or accounts, preserve information where legally required, and report confirmed child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authority as required by applicable law. We cooperate with lawful requests and do not permit a banned person to evade safety controls by creating another account.
