These terms govern your use of Pigtail, operated by MB Yum. Contact [email protected] for help or concerns. Read the privacy policy before creating an account.
Who can use Pigtail
You must be at least 18 and legally able to use the service where you live. Provide an accurate birthdate and use a phone number you control. Each person uses their own account, including when linking a couple profile. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access codes private.
Respect other people
Do not harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, discriminate against, scam, or exploit anyone. Do not publish another person's private information or intimate content without consent. Do not upload pornography, sexual exploitation material, violent threats, or other unlawful content. Child sexual abuse and exploitation are prohibited. See our child-safety standards.
Only upload content you have the right to share. Do not use the service for spam, commercial solicitation, trafficking, selling sexual services, automated harvesting, or attempts to bypass account, safety, or security controls.
Your content and moderation
You retain rights to your content. You give Pigtail permission to store, process, display, and deliver it as needed to provide the features you use and to investigate safety reports. Private Passport content stays private unless you export or share it.
Profiles and photos may require review before other members can see them. We may restrict, reject, remove, or suspend content or accounts that violate these terms or put people at risk. Approval is not proof of someone's identity or safety. Contact support if you believe a decision is wrong.
Meeting people safely
Pigtail does not guarantee a match, a person's identity, or their intentions. Do not send money or access codes to someone you meet here. Arrange first meetings in public and tell someone you trust. Use Block to stop contact and Report to tell us about a concern. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Leaving and changes
You can delete your account at any time. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account. We may change or discontinue features. Material changes to these terms will be communicated before they take effect where required. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer or privacy rights that apply to you.
